Madagascar is truly the Land of Enchantment, a world out of this world.  More than 85% of its flora and fauna are endemic – found nowhere else.  Lemurs are beyond adorable and very easy to see and photograph.  There are chameleons, frogs, birds beyond count, and plant life like you have never seen.  The Malagasy people are charming and culturally fascinating, and the land itself is gorgeous.
